Pragmatic Play in the Philippine market

The framework was abolished in full by the Philippines afterwards, since all offshore licences had to expire by 31 December 2024 and PAGCOR confirmed their cancellation. As though it were current, the 2016 announcement is still quoted, and it can still be found online. It is not.
